Sports Capital Grant 2024

Barryroe GAA Club has been awarded €132,539 from the Sports Capital Programme, following our detailed submission last year. Thanks to our hard-working development committee who gathered the necessary information and submitted a successful application.
Míle Buíochas to local counsellor John O'Sullivan, counsellor John Michael Foley, Christopher O'Sullivan TD, and Senator Tim Lombard who provided advice and supported our submission to the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media.
The allocated funds will now go to upgrading our sports facilities at Páirc Uí Mhurchú to benefit our GAA / LGFA / Camogie members and the local community.
